Refund process- updated 16th April 2024

All purchased tickets will be refunded in full via the payment method used.

All PayPal transactions have been processed and refunded and you should have the funds in your account or in your PayPal account.

For all other card purchases, we use Stripe as the processing agent which is a third party payment tool seperate to our store. The refund process has a couple of steps that have to be undertaken manually for each order. We have processed all of the refunds and Stripe has withdrawn the money from our account on 16th April. Refunds will issued by Stripe over the next 5-10 working days according to their terms.

Once your order has been refunded you will receive an email notification from the store. Please check your spam folder if you do not see this.
