  • Tickets

    When do tickets go on sale?

    Tickets are on sale now on this website only. 


    How much are tickets?

    Ticket prices are available on our tickets page.


    I've had an order confirmation, will I be sent a Ticket? 

    The order confirmation pdf file you will have received is not your ticket. Tickets will be sent via Royal Mail nearer to the event. 

  • On Site Arrangements

    Can I exit and re-enter the festival?

    Re-entry is at the discretion of the organisers. This facility is aimed to support those with children / carer responsibilities, and re-entry will only be allowed with a re-entry pass and wristband. Last entry and re-entry is 21:00.


    Where will the ticket entrance to the festival be? 

    The only entrance to the event will be at the main Withies Lane entrance, past The Crossways Tavern. There will be no entrance point at the top of the cricket field. The remainder of the cricket pitch perimeter will be fenced off and under the supervision of our security staff for your safety.


    Will I be able to enter the cricket club house or changing room toilets?

    No, the club house and changing rooms wont be open to the public during the event.


    Will there be lighting effects?

    Yes, during performances on stage, there will be lighting effects which may include the use of strobe lighting.


    What are the arrangements for medical cover? 

    Trained medical professionals will be in attendance throughout the event.


    What are the security arrangements?

    We use a professional security company to ensure crowd safety throughout the event. Security will also ensure that non ticket holders are removed safely from the site.



  • Accessibility

    Will there be parking on site for disabled badge holders?

    There are limited disabled parking facilities on site for blue badge holders. These are available on a first come, first served basis and must be pre booked online using the booking form at the bottom of the Disabilities and Carers page.


    Are mobility scooters allowed on site.

    Yes, however we need to be aware of overall crowd safety with any vehicle movements and so we would ask anyone using a mobility scooter to take account of any instructions from the stewards and security staff who may direct you to areas of the ground for safety reasons.


    Will there be a disabled access viewing platform?

    Yes, this year there will be a viewing platform. Access to the viewing platform is limited to those customers with Carers tickets.

  • Children

    What are the arrangements for children on site? 

    You are responsible for the supervision of your children on site at all times. We will provide telephone number contact wristbands for your children (available in the childrens area). The site map will show the lost children tent, and any children found lost will be escorted to that area. Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times in the Family Area.


    Can I leave my children in the children's area?

    No, the childrens area is not a creche. Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times in the Family Area.


    What age children can access the children's area?

    The childrens area is for children 12 and under with their parent/carer.


    What time does the children's area open and close?

    The children's area opens at 1:30pm and closes at 7:00pm.


    Can we bring footballs / ball games?

    No, the festival is a busy site on the day and there is not the space to safely play ball games without the risk of hitting other people.This restriction includes the children's area.

  • What Can I Bring / Not Bring?

    Can I bring chairs / seating / picnic blankets?

    Yes, but  chairs / picnic blankets should only be used towards the back of the main stage tent area. Please avoid setting up lines of chairs as these can make it hard for people to move about and stewards may ask you to separate out the chairs if they see this causing an obstruction.


    What items are not allowed into the venue?

    You are not allowed to bring your own alcoholic drink, glass or cans, any item that may be interpreted as a weapon, laser pens, unmanned ariel vehicles (drones), sky lanterns, illegal substances and drugs. Animals are not permitted on site (with the exception of guide dogs).


    As this is a music festival we also ask that children don't bring footballs or other ball games as there is not the space to play safely on the day.

  • Food And Drink

    Can I bring my own alcohol?

    No. You are not permitted to bring your own alcohol onto the site due to licensing restrictions. There are licensed bars at the event.


    Can I bring my own food?

    Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food / picnic, but glass containers are not allowed.


    Will there be food available to buy on site? 

    Yes. We will have a good selection of food vendors on site. More details nearer the time.


    Will there be vegetarian and gluten free food options?

    Yes, more details nearer the time as we get menu's agreed.


    What are the bar arrangements on site?

    There will be an outside public bar serving Lager, Ale and Cider and a selection of Spirits and Mixers. 

  • Programme Of Events

    What time does the event start? 

    The event starts at 1:30pm. Gate opening time will be confirmed nearer to the event.


    What time will the music start and stop? 

    A full timetable will be published nearer to the event. The event closes at 11:30pm.

  • Parking And Camping

    What are the parking arrangements?

    There is no on site parking for the event for the public. The nearest car park is in South Road (BA3 2ET). You can also purchase a parking pass to park at Midsomer Norton Rugby Club on the tickets page.


    Is there camping available?

    There is no on site camping, however you can camp at Midsomer Norton Rugby Club. Camping tickets are available on the tickets page.
