Terms and Conditions

1. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. In the unlikely event of cancellation by event organisors, tickets will be refunded in full.
2. Personal arrangements including costs of travel or accommodation are at your own risk.
3. We will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost or stolen.
4. A valid ticket must be produced to get into the event. There is no facilty for ticket collection at the gate.
6. All 15 and under and 4 and under ticket holders must be accompanied by an adult on entry and re-entry to the event.
7. All children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult at all times whilst in the kids field.
8. All 15 and under and 4 and under tickets are age at the date of the event.
9. Anyone with an under 15 wristband will not be served alcohol regardless of ID.
10. The management of the event reserve the right to request that ticket holders leave the event at any point on reasonable grounds.
11. Re-entry is at the discretion of the management. Last entry and re-entry will be at 21:00
12. Management reserve the right to make alterations to the published event programme.
13. The following are not permitted within the event or venue; animals (with the exception of guide dogs), unmanned ariel vehicles (drones), sky lanterns, laser pens, your own alcoholic drink, glass or cans, any item that may be interpreted as a weapon, illegal substances.
14. By purchasing a ticket you give consent to photography, filming and sound recording as an audience member and the future use of such media materials.
15. Neither the management nor the venue will be responsible for any loss, theft or damage of your personal belongings.
